Maximum Number of Evaluations and Profit Accounts

Updated 31 August 2026

At Taurus, there is no general limit on the number of Evaluation accounts a trader may purchase or maintain, except for the specific purchase and reset limit applicable to FREES MAX.

Additionally, there is greater flexibility during the Evaluation period. For example, there are no restrictions regarding the location from which the accounts are traded, so Evaluations may be traded from different locations without issue.

FREES MAX Purchase and Reset Limit

A maximum of 6 FREES MAX Evaluations may be purchased per trader or IP address within a 24-hour period.

FREES MAX resets also count toward this limit. For example:

If a trader purchases 4 FREES MAX Evaluations and completes 2 FREES MAX resets, they reach the maximum combined limit of 6 purchases and resets.

This limit is calculated per trader or IP address. Therefore, if several people share the same connection, their FREES MAX purchases and resets are counted together.

This limit applies exclusively to FREES MAX. Purchases and resets from other Taurus product categories are not included in this calculation.

Profit Account Limit

A maximum of 5 active Profit Accounts per trader or IP address is permitted.

This means that a trader may have up to 5 active Profit Accounts at the same time. If several people share the same connection, they may have a combined maximum of 5 active Profit Accounts, even when the accounts belong to different traders with separate subscriptions.

Maximum Number of Active FREES MAX TPAs

A maximum of 3 active FREES MAX TPAs per trader or IP address is permitted.

A trader may have up to 5 active TPAs in total at Taurus. However, no more than 3 of those accounts may be FREES MAX TPAs.

To reach the maximum of 5 active TPAs, the remaining accounts must belong to another Taurus product category: DIRECT, PRIME, or FREES Safety.

For example, the following combinations are permitted:

3 active FREES MAX TPAs and 2 active TPAs from DIRECT, PRIME, or FREES Safety.

2 active FREES MAX TPAs and 3 active TPAs from other Taurus product categories.

5 active TPAs from categories other than FREES MAX.

When several people share the same connection, these limits are calculated collectively. In this case, they may have a combined maximum of 3 active FREES MAX TPAs and 5 active Profit Accounts in total.

Sharing an IP Address Within the Same Household

People registered under the same residential address may use the same Internet connection. However, each person must trade individually and exclusively through their own account.

When several traders share an IP address, the following limits apply collectively:

A maximum of 6 FREES MAX purchases and resets within a 24-hour period.

A maximum of 3 active FREES MAX TPAs.

A maximum of 5 active Profit Accounts in total.

For example, if two people live at the same registered address and use the same connection, they may trade their respective accounts. However, together they may not exceed any of the limits listed above.

Trading With People Registered at Different Addresses

When at least one Profit Account is involved, the same IP address may only be shared by traders officially registered under the same residential address. This also applies when an external person only has Evaluation accounts.

Traders registered at different residential addresses may not gather at the same location to trade their accounts through a shared connection when Profit Accounts are involved.

Examples

If a trader uses an IP address individually, they may have a maximum of 5 active Profit Accounts, no more than 3 of which may be FREES MAX TPAs.

If two or more people are registered under the same residential address and share an IP address, they may have a combined maximum of 5 active Profit Accounts, no more than 3 of which may be FREES MAX TPAs.

Additionally, FREES MAX purchases and resets completed by a trader or through the same IP address may not exceed a combined total of 6 within a 24-hour period.
